Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event, Point of Purchase (POP), Wide Format Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the event marketing, trade-show, museum, retail display, and large-format printing sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients across various industries, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue through strategic business development. As a key player on our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, display and print solutions, and account management to build lasting relationships and close high-value deals. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative visual solutions that captivate audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event, POP, and wide format printing markets through warm calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by managing customer accounts and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to recommend appropriate technological and print solutions aligned with their branding and marketing objectives.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable deal terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production and sales teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that highlight our unique offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, including contract negotiations and order follow-up.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM platform or similar to track sales activities, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide ongoing account management support by coordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality wide format prints and displays.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage.
  • Lead efforts in enterprise selling by engaging with corporate clients for large-scale projects requiring customized visual solutions.
Experience
  • Proven success in B2B sales within the event marketing, retail display, or wide format printing industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technology sales, software solutions, or print management systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals in a corporate sales environment.
  • Experience managing customer accounts through sales management systems like Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies related to brand activation, trade shows, or retail environments is a plus.
  • Previous leadership experience in sales teams or account management roles will be advantageous for success in this position.
